She constantly went above and beyond

Weddy from Action Realty was our landlord for 3 years and did a fantastic job! She constantly went above and beyond what is normally expected of a landlord to make sure that we had the best possible experience living in the property that she managed. To say that she is responsive is a massive understatement. She would normally respond to a text or call within an hour, if not immediately, and ALWAYS that same day, regardless of whether it was a weekend or weekday. She honestly cared about us as her tenants and it really showed in her work. As an added plus, the handymen she works with for minor repairs are very professional and polite, always on time, and did a great job, even if they were called out for something that needed immediate attention. If we owned property in Hampton Roads I would absolutely use Weddy as my property manager. If we ever go back as a tenant, I would be very happy to have her as our landlord again.
